Hello i cant beleve i am almost done with the modern ledgend's this is 07 now this is a penthouse on top of a skyrise i just downloaded The Sims 3 Seasons
so i used a lot of the seasons content but still all ep and sp i have are used in this building.
as the 07 must be it's black almost everywhere inside and it looks amazing i love the double beds in the apartment it's a classical modern type of desighn.
There is a pool in this apartment a wanted to have a pool in this one just for i have never placed a pool on a building like this.

Final Building of the Modern Ledgend's Messege - It will not be the twin towers destroyd in 2001 reason for i cant build a wall too high it turns invisible when go higher than 50 floors but it will be 2 buildings twin buildings verry long and thin one will have a antenna on the roof
Building 1 - Shokking Green
Building 2 - Shocking Pink
That will be the interior colour theme for both apartment buildings.
