Oops, I think I made a start on a serie. I just loved the colours and style on Arcana Heights, so I built another. I don't know where the part "Heights" came to the name, so this one and all possible followers will be just "Arcana"s. (Don't wonder the name on file, I just desided the name change when writing this description.)



Then to the house. It has two main entrances. From outside, both wings are similar, but there are differences on the inside. Other entrance leads to a music-room, and the other one to tv-room. The kitchen is entered from both of these rooms, being the center of house.
From kitchen you get to the patio. There are some seating areas and a bbq.
On the second floor, which is separated in both wings, are the bedrooms. master bedroom on the other wing, giving nice peace to it, and smaller bedrooms on the other wing.

The house is built on a 30x30 lot, to a corner, so I recommend you place it to a corner lot too, because otherwise driveway wouldn't look very good.

The house costs 98763 furnished, and 76387 unfurnished.
