So here's the companion piece to my Victorian Terrace that can be found here;

In this version the internal layout has been slightly modified to suit modern tastes. I cleared the basement out to provide you a space for whatever the modern upper-class Londoner might want - a gym, a sauna, a hot-tub, whatever luxury you want.
The biggest single change is the front of the house, for game-play purposes, is the left hand side. This means you can have a couple of driveways if you want to buy a car, and it means that the lot is 5 squares wide, so you won't have the problems that a lot that's only 1 tile wide can cause.
Personally, I would use the basement as a playroom, have a kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, living rooms on the first floor and then bedrooms above, but obviously there are lots of possible layouts.
