Family oriented, somewhat traditional and old, but not that old, house for 8 or more sims. By more I mean a butler, maybe. I guess, he's gonna get that attic bedroom. Or would you save that "nice" room for your naughty child? Or crazy grandma? Up to you.
I'd place "Forest Nightingale" somewhere in the mountains or in the woods. Hidden Springs or Aurora Skies?

Notes and warnings
  • Lot 30x30, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, study, attic, skeleton in the closet.
  • Tried to keep it simple, so the price is pretty low - 118 939 simoleons furnished.
  • Snow is not included.
  • Improved plumbing, appliances, fireplace.
  • Baby's crib is in separate room (behind the blue curtain), so that both parents don't instantly wake up because of their crying tot. The crib is fully accessible though.
  • A couple of extra baby books in baby's bookcase, my sims' original paintings, fish, etc.
  • There are some counters with only surface (kids room and attic). I deleted what was under to achive like console effect and put some baskets and decor in there. Don't touch those counters with hand tool in build-buy mode, if you like them this way, or they'll turn into standard counters.
  • Hidden laundry baskets in some rooms. They sank into furniture with moveobjects, but still accessible. Just click on washing machine or visible basket to collect dirty clothes from all over the house, and sims will get them from everywhere.
  • Paintings, dining tables, plants and rocks outside - I used moveobjects cheat to put them where they are too - but I played for 3 sim-weeks in this house with big family and I believe I've tested accessibility of every object.

Requirements
  • No custom or store content.
  • Only used base game and Ambitions. That's all.
  • Patch 1.66 or near might be required.
