This is a collection of 19 in-game pictures from the unreleased beta version of the Sims 2, which was destroyed in the infamous server fire. The game changed a lot to become what we now recognise as the Sims 2, but several pictures from the beta exist - quite a lot, in fact. You can see lost interactions, unused accessories e.g. hair and decorations, as well as weather (!) in these pictures. These are my favourite beta pictures, recoloured onto the 'The Meaning of Fruit' base game photo.

I changed the price so each picture costs $15.
I cropped out any Sims 2 logo stamps, as well as any photos with a visible UI.










I find it really interesting to see how the game used to look, and I've had a lot of enjoyment from hanging these pictures around my sims' homes. Maybe Marty and Bernie are their long-lost ancestors?
