So i try to create a house for the beginig. Sorry for the title name(but i don't know how to call XD) the house is set on a 50x50 field and it costs 802.681 simoleon if you buy furnished. The house is on 2 floor, has 4 bedroom and 6 bathroom,on the first floor we find: a large kitchen, a living room, a bar, a musician's room, a gym, a scientist's room and 2 bathroom. On the second floor we have 4 bedroom, the other 4 bathroom, 2 small kitchen and a studio. There also a terrace where you can eat outdoors.
