Hello guys, i'm here with my first job. I downloaded many things from this fantastic site, but now i want to repay all the moders that love and improve this game. So i try to create a house for the beginig. Sorry for the title name(but i don't know how to call XD) the house is set on a 50x50 field and it costs 802.681 simoleon if you buy furnished. The house is on 2 floor, has 4 bedroom and 6 bathroom,on the first floor we find: a large kitchen, a living room, a bar, a musician's room, a gym, a scientist's room and 2 bathroom. On the second floor we have 4 bedroom, the other 4 bathroom, 2 small kitchen and a studio.There also a terrace where you can eat outdoors. Well i think i wrote a lot sorry XD, ok take a look of the house and if you want give me a feedback, it's my first work, so i want to know what you thinks about it

Oh now i remember, i use the tiki bar, so you have to have the dlc if you want to have the bar
