Trung Villa is inspired by Evitarchitecture, Vietnam.

This townhouse is ideal for a full family. Your children can safely play in the small garden at the front of the house or in the inner courtyard.

This house has 3 levels.

On the ground floor:
- 1 large garage
- 1 fitted kitchen open to a large living room with access to the garage from the inside
- 1 toilet (under stairs)
- 1 office

On the 1st floor:
- 1 large landing
- 1 master bedroom with bathroom
- 1 double bedroom with shower room
- 1 child bedroom with shower room

On the 2nd floor:
- 1 sitting area opening onto a semi-covered terrace
- 1 sauna
- 1 laundry room with toilet
