This lot needs the buyable ponds unlocked mod to be in your game for the pond to load.

TS4 has some fabulous roofing features but I do not like the fact that it does not hide the roof like TS3. Kind of ruins that feature for me. I prefer to build my lots playable and not have to flip the camera around to see or have the walls down. I build from the back corner from habit of having gardens and childrens play equipment in the back yard.
