After just making starter houses in my game, I decided it was time to make a bigger house. Quinta Catalina is a beautiful house with interesting architecture, It comes with three bedrooms (one master bedroom and two kid rooms one for girl and one for boy). The master bedroom has a fitting room and its own bathroom, there is also a second bathroom upstairs for the kids to use. On the lower floor there is big open space with kitchen, living room area and dinning area. Also there is a bar together with the studio and a bathroom for visitors.

One of the unique feature of the house is the small side garden that was used with split level trick and also serves as a second entrance to the house.



From the second floor you will be able to look to the lower level.
