I saw the tutorial in how to make a "split level" and wanted to make a starter house with it, this is the result.


The house has one bathroom and the rest, kitchen mini, living room, room all in one place lol. It comes with a cheap computer and bookcase.

Was tested in game and all stuff can be used well in the lower level
