Hello again!
When making lots for my custom neighbourhood I found myself making a lot of community lots in this style. I thought it looked good, so I've made one for you guys. It is three stories, with a basic shop floor that I've left mostly clean for you to furnish, and two decorative flats above. This is a community lot, so the flats are NOT apartments, they are just for decoration to make the building feel more realistic. If you want a version zoned as apartments, check out my Classic Apartments with General Store.
This requires only two pieces of custom content: Victorian Cornices by Versailles1798 (included), and the Open Wrought Iron Stairs by Crocobaura (NOT included).
There is a small problem that I've encountered while testing: The asphalt on the boulevard leading to the parking lot is missing from the lot after being packaged. To fix this, you simply need to clone the floor tile on the parking lot and use Ctrl+Shift+C "moveobjects on" (without quotes) to place it on the boulevard in front. If you notice any other problems, please let me know in a PM and I will look into it.
