WELCOME TO LA SELENA!

This is my first uploaded creation and this is a basic community lot for your Sims!

Are you indecisive on where to take your Sims on a special date? Can't decide between a modern and a classical venue? Here's a simple solution to that.



La Selena boasts a lot of things when it comes to making your moments romantic or your parties classier. Located beside the river, La Selena adds more taste for your romantic dates.



It features:

- A Main Area
Designed with paintings and a huge chandelier on top, and a piano to accompany the evening, this venue will surely satisfy the best moments for your adult Sims.



There is also a breath-taking view on the second floor that looks down below.

- A Backdoor Dining Area
If you're not into dates and more into family gatherings, the backdoor area is perfect for reunions and casual get-togethers for your Sims. There is a garden, a mic for the comedian, a bar* and dining tables in the backdoor area.

*bar - if you do not have Life of the Party DLC, you can just replace the bar with a base game bar.
