So, my first lot for The Sims 4. Of course, all is different from the previous part, but I think, I've made it



This is a restaurant-bar. We'll see:
- small park;
- outdoor bar;
- restaurant room;
- kitchen;
- toilets;
- small library.

WARNING: As I've used "Shift+]" code, install the lot from building mode, not from city map for objects to stay increased.
