This is my first attempt to make an Apartment Complex. This building has one accessible apartment which is on the right on second floor. The apartment consists of 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and opened living area. Outside there's 4 car parking, small park with BBQ area and terrace on the roof. Other apartments are empty except the decorations around the windows to make them look occupied. Building works in similar way to Sims 3 Late Night apartments but you have to pay for whole lot. Although it's expensive I think it would make good as starter house with "freerealestate on" cheat to make it free.
