This is a perfect home for the sim family who likes to do a lot of outdoor entertaining. It has a large patio for your sims to have that BBQ/Pool party. The living area and both bedrooms have doors that open onto the deck for easy access. The home has 2 bedrooms 2 baths.

I used the Greenhouse Haven Kit which is not listed on the editor.
