This is my reinterpretation of the Xavier Institute for gifted youngsters, directly from the X-Men saga.



Beyond a beautiful garden and a large entrance, on the main floor there are two public toilets, a kitchen, a reception,
a dining room, a library, a relaxation room, a meeting room and the office of Charles Xavier.









On the first floor, in the east and west wings, we can find the dormitories, which can accommodate up to ten students (each one with a dressing room and public toilets)
and one classroom for lessons.







On the second floor the dormitories for teachers (a total of 8 beds), four public toilets and a room used as HQ for the X-Men.




I'm so sorry but ... X-jet is not included!
