European Manor (No CC used!)

I have build this European style house for a small household in Oasis Springs. It has been build on the small lot down left in the same block as the Zest resident, after deleting the former house on this lot. The house consists of a veranda at the front and a two floor building. This house has small hallway with stairs, a kitchen/dining room in one, a large living room and a bathroom with just a toilet and a sink. The second floor consists of hallway, a study room, a bedroom, a normal bath room and a balcony. Due to the lack of size of the lot I have decided not to build any backyard, although you've some space left if you want to add a small backyard anyway.

It's quite expensive (over 100.000 Simoleons with interior), but it's worth it looking at the used materials and stuff for decoration. All the interior is base game material, there is no single form of Custom Content or other exterrial material used for building and decorating the house. Both hallways and bathrooms have the same interior (floor and wall paintings), just like the veranda and balcony are similar. For the decoration in every single room I used as much related colors and furniture as is possible with the limited options given by the game.

All screens are made ingame from around 12:00 hrs.
