This unusual home incorporates outdoor living, eco friendliness, and multilevel rooms connected by covered bridges. It has everything a single Sim or couple could need, and can be easily added on to for a growing family.

Level 1: Basement: indoor pool with skylights above, gym, and laundry.
Level 2: Living room, outdoor living space including bar, bbq, picnic table, seating, gardening, and bee box.
Level 3: Kitchen and dining, study, luxury bathroom, and bedroom
Level 4: Balcony
