Do you want a really good looking and working police station?
So if your answer is YES, just download this one police station rebuild .

Willow's Creek P.D. has everything what you looking for:

Base lot information:
Lot Size: 40x30
Lot Price (furnished): 234542
Furnished: fully
Decorated: Throughout
Floors: 2 + basement
First floor: reception, offices, kitchen, toilets.
Second floor: gym and terrace with the nice view.
Basement: laboratory, jails, interrogation rooms, toilet, evidence room.

Installation:
Unzip the files and put all from TRAY into your TRAY folder and all from MODS into your MODS folder.
All custom items included in Mods Folder, so you don't need to download it. (List of CC items with the name of the creators is on the end of the post).

How to place a lot:
Go to work with your Policeman Sim, press the keys: CTRL+SHIFT+C.
In the appearing white line at the top (console line) type: bb.enablefreebuild ( also recommend bb.moveobjects on before put a lot ) and press ENTER.
Then you can enter build mode and place the lot from your gallery (don't forget to check "include custom content" button in gallery).

IMPORTANT: Don't move, replace or recolor "the Crime map", "the Interrogation table" and "the Fingerprint machine". If you do it your Policeman Sim will not be able to do his/her work!

Known Issues:
After replace of police station yours prisoners don't be in jail. To fix it just go through the day in work and when another work day come everything will be reset and fix.
