Restaurant Trotting Horse (with CC)

It's not often when my sims spend time outside their mansions, but sometimes we need more variety in our life and our game. I built this restaurant as a meeting place for my club and now i share it with you.
Building has 3 floors, restaurant is on 2 of them, when 3d is decorative. On right - bar zone and on left - dinning area. On the first floor of the restaurant is kitchen, when on second is WC. One part of lot occupies restaurant itself, other - fake buildings from 'debug'. I added them as a compromise between the filled area and the lack of extra space that sims would still not use. But they perfectly complement the street. Also there are two screenshots to give you understanding where the lot ends and which objects aren't part of it.
