This modern designed house is for the sim player who likes little but creativity.
There is one main bedroom, one bathroom (that can be expanded.) The usual kitchen and dining area, next to the living room at the front of the house.
Upstairs is a very small long room, either for use as a second bedroom or an office, whatever you like. Two patios for multiple uses are lead out from the room.
Driveway and garden area, space enough to have a garden plot, pond or playground. Like I said this is a simple house, but can be used in many different ways.
I hope you can do what you wish with it, and enjoy it for your simmies.
