For my first Sims 3 post I decided to upload my legacy family's home. I gradually built it through 2 generations while the founder Sim (Stella Rice) earned more money and advanced in her career, she was a chef so this house features a large kitchen with a bar and a garden where she grew the vegetables and fruits for her cooking.

The house is quite big with a study and a TV-room which both can be converted to a bedroom easily, making it a 5 bedroom home perfect for large families. It's decorated with very classical and sophisticated furnishings following a blue and white colour palette that is used throughout the house, especially in the living room, kitchen and dinning room. The master bedroom features its own balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and are furnished for three male teenage sims (but you can easily change the colours for female sims ). In the first floor there's a bathroom for visitors and a laundry room.

The backyard is very large and has a big pool with a water slide, hot-tub, bar, garden, basketball court and a BBQ area; making it perfect for throwing awesome pool parties!



I recommend placing it in a corner lot because the driveway for the two cars is on the right side of the lot. I tried to use the least amount of EPs, I think that University Life and Showtime are the only ones necessary for maintaining the main aesthetic of the house and Ambitions for the laundry room.
