For this upload I wanted to continue with another summer house with lots of trees around it. I've used more CC this time, mostly windows, since the range of windows in the base game isn't that wide.
I wanted the summer house to be small and cozy, yet with a lot of "air", and in close contact with the surrounding nature. I think that I managed to create the essence of these with the high ceiling and the huge window section.

This house is a place where your sims can live in the year round, but might also be a great 2nd house, where they can come and relax in the weekends and holidays.

The Scandinavian Architect Summer House consists of:

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen connected with living-/diningarea, 1 TV-area on the loft, 1 study/library, 1 office/computerroom, 1 carport, an outdoor bathtub, a shed, a campfire and an outdoor patio/terrace with a grill.

NB: The fireplace is not fire proof, and will ignite the carpet and sorrounding decorations, so you've better fire proof it before igniting it!!!
