I came back, with the house is created from The Sims 3 Base Game and No CC.
This house was created to give your sims feeling comfort and convenience. It includes: 3 bedrooms, 1 dining room and kitchen, 1 living room, 1 study room, 5 bathrooms and includes 1 spare room.
Because this house has 5 bathrooms, so I think it will be for about 5 people: the elderly, adults and children and other things.
