This house has been dear home to many families along the years, yet its gracious beauty has not faded an ounce.
Built according to the specifications of famous winemaker Justine Thereaux, the 'Belle' is ideal for large, tight-knit families.

I wasn't planning to submit this here, but I reused it recently it a world and fell in love with it all over again! This lot is inspired by Southern US houses; I've always liked how the front areas look, so I decided to make another lot. It's smaller compared to other lots of this type, but there's plenty of room inside to not cause routing issues.



The front yard is cozy, with the colorful flowers creating a nice effect alongside the neatly trimmed bushes and classic white picket fence. There is one parking space and the area on the left can be modified into a garden. Sims can sit on the porch at sunset and catch up with the latest gossip in the neighborhood, or just relax and enjoy the view.

The interior of the house is built to house multiple generations at the same time -- or just a lot of Sims. Two large bedrooms, with a double bed each, occupy the first floor, which also has a sunny reading area in the hallway, and a wide balcony overlooking the front yard. The attic is accessed via a ladder and, with its separate bathroom and reading area, can be considered a small house-within-a-house! All three sleeping areas can be modified to include cribs as well.

The kitchen and living room are large enough to accommodate multiple Sims transiting through them at the same time, and have enough seating to avoid Sims having to stand while eating or watching TV. The second bathroom ensures that no Sim will have to do the potty dance while trying to climb the ladder to the attic
