The SCTC Universal Public Phone and the 'Right Away' Community Trash Can in AL Wood, LACK and MALM matching colours. Apparently the sign above the phone is supposed to light up at night, I didn't test these on a working community lot so I don't know if it makes a difference...but I couldn't get the sign to light up.

These are base game compatible, no EP's or SP's required!

'Right Away' Community Trash Can:
Found: Buy Mode > Miscellaneous > Miscellaneous. Price: §75.
