HugeLunatic's Default Community Phone in AL Wood, LACK and MALM matching colours. As a bonus I discovered these recolour actually work for the original SCTC Universal Public Phone as well.

These are base game compatible, no EP's or SP's required! The DEFAULT file is NOT included, you can find it HERE.
