Hello everyone! :-)

I've been here on MTS for a long Time, but I have never upload something. This Time I want change it and want to share a Community Lot with you and I hope you'll like it! It is completely FREE of costum-content.

It is a 20x20 Lot and it's for shopping, meeting other Sims and chatting with them. There're a small Flowershop, a Library, a Bakery, a Fashion-Store and the Café. The red X-marks on the Pictures are Places where your Sims can't move to. Remember it is a 20x20 Lot, so there isn't much Space for Stairs everywhere. These Rooms are more decorative.
