I don't know if anyone still reads this but sorry I stopped playing The Sims for a long time I hadn't gone on sorry...

I converted them myself and here is a collection that has everything to make a hotel on a comunnity lot.Tell me what you think.
goes in your COLLECTIONS FOLDER.
also I it was pretty stable when I used it but I don't know if that value is constant so
