I have completed the matching chair it can be found here on Mod the sims. The item is called Grandma's Chair Recolors. You can also find a link to it in the Related Uploads section


A fellow Simmer requested I make some recolors for the Long Stretch sofa and chair that came with the Movie Hangout pack. I made 12 recolors that are a bit more modern. A few of these recolors are left looking a little wild just to give a bit of spice. I am working on the chairs that will match the new sofas so hopefully you will see those soon.

I may work on recolors for the other items from the stuff pack if there is enough interest. In the meantime tell me what you think of these, like 'em, hate 'em! Want more choices? I appreciate any feedback...

All the color choices have the original color of the Maxis sofa base, with a black color added. I changed the cushions and the pillows to more neutral colors to more easily fit into any Sim's decor. The blue sofas were a tad wild, but the new recolors keep the interesting look

The file creates a stand alone object, the recolors will not appear on, or replace, the original Maxis.
