There isn't much to say. This is intended to be a house as in the country.
It was created for a family that wants peace and safety away from the city noise.
Being away from the city, was equipped with several facilities in the basement, such as a sauna, a space for fitness and yoga and even a space for massage.
The interior decorations are minimal, so you're free to decorate as you wish on it.

It was built on a 30x20 lot in Willow Creek.
It has 2 bedrooms (1 Adults Bedroom, 1 Children bedroom), 2 Bathrooms

HOW TO INSTALL LOTS
1. Download the house.
2. Extract from .rar
3. All files from Tray folder need to be placed in the Sims 4 Tray folder.
The location of that folder is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray
4. Place only the files in your Tray, not the .rar file
5. Download the CC from the link above. Extract if necessary and place the packages on the Mods folder.
The location of that folder is Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods.
6. Once you have placed them there, you should be able to find the Lot in your personal Gallery in the game.

Have been used objects from Get Together, Get to Work, The perfect kitchen, Spa day.
I hope you enjoy this home as much as I do!
