Here is a luxury villa for your desert regions ...

A large patio allows to park your vehicle in front of the villa.

On the ground floor:
- the entrance leads to a large lounge with a bar area and a TV area separated by an aquarium, and a small cloakroom hidden by panels.
- a large dining room (with its wine cellar) on an open kitchen.

On the 1st floor a large landing leads to:
- a room for teenagers (or friends)
- a child?s room
- a parental room
- a bathroom and toilet

A small private terrace overlooks a bedroom and a larger one overlooks the landing.

On the 2nd floor access to a 3rd terrace for your favorite occupations, receive friends, play chess ...
