"After a long day at the military base, why not extend the hard work with a run through the Selfflog obstacle course? From Exerto, a leading manufacturer of fitness equipment, this home obstacle course tests your ability to leap 3-foot hurdles, crawl under a canopy of simulated gunfire, and scramble over a fence-all in the name of fun and fitness.

The Exerto Selfflog Obstacle Course has a gain of 538%, the largest boost in the game. However, while it will increase fitness, it is not an efficient way to do so. Using an exercise machine, punching the Exerto Punching Bag, swimming, and doing yoga all increase a Sim's fitness level more quickly than the Obstacle Course does, even though they build Body points more slowly. An Obstacle Course can be used by one or two Sims. This object increases fitness enthusiasm.

One interesting thing about the Obstacle Course is that the Sim's cycle-pathway is mutable. In other words, the player can "add onto" the Obstacle Course by drawing more fences and allowing the fences to guide the Sim like a track course. Adding more Obstacle Courses, more fences, and a bit of creativity can lead the player to build a very interesting military training ground."
