This home is a renovation of the Meek Manor in Dragon Valley. You do not need dragon valley to download this home. However if you don't have any of the expansion packs or DV the items will just be replaced with something you do have or with nothing at all. I decided with this house that I was going to give it a barn. Since I was already designing it to fit with other houses in the world figured a barn would be good since back in those times they didn't have cars lol However, with all my houses, I prefer them to be able to placed anywhere in any town you choose so this is not restricted to only DV. When ever I do a remodel of a house I like to keep it looking like the original in some way or another. That is why you will usually see the same exterior wall papers as the original in any of my renos. I also like to keep them looking similar. Now this one has a huge change but still very similar in the front since I did not do anything to the porch. This home offers 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, master on suite, and a formal dining room.
