This home is a renovation of the Cozy Cottage in Dragon Valley. When I do a renovation, I do my best to leave the character of the original home. In this home I loved the front of the house and didn't see any need in changing that except for the landscaping of course. The front side and garage is completely remodeled. The back of the house is where most of the changes took place. The floor plan has been changed to a more usable layout that makes more sense. The side yard was also updated with a stocked pond great for fishing. This home offers a eat in kitchen, laundry room, garage, sun room, kids room, guest/teen room, master bedroom, patios for outdoor lounging.
