The Goth Memorial Hospital was at the head of modern medicine when it was built back in 1937, but after successive unfortunate renovations and with the growth of the city it has become too small and in desperate need of some fresh air. Despite all this the staff does it best to take good care of their patients, between coffee breaks and office romance gossip.

Fully furnished and functional ground floor, 100% CC-free though I have all packs. Of course you need "Get To Work" and I've used stuff from "Spa Day", "Dine Out" and probably some more pack stuff. Three double patient rooms, plus two patient beds in the corridor, two surgery rooms, lab, doctor office with two desks, staff room, and a decorative maternity... I was almost going to place debug live critters... er... babies, but was afraid it would be buggy. I also added a waiting room with coolspear1's cool1_careerDoc_SeatedCheckIn_ReferralAlwaysOn_PatientsWatchTV.rar mod in mind, I hate the patients swarming at the front desk, in the screenshot they are but because I built this lot on my CC-free game. This mod makes them sit and watch TV quietly which is bliss! (If you have the previous version of the mod please re-download).

As for landscaping I know I suck at it, but hm, maybe you have a better idea for the back of the building than just throwing some trees around...

To install unzip and place the contents of the folder in your Tray folder. Your Sim must be at the hospital lot, open the cheat console and type "bb.enablefreebuild", and look for the lot in your library. Make sure to place the lot furnished. I made a very sparse use of the moveobjects cheat, but maybe activate it before placing, just to stay on the safe side.
