Hello!
This is my first upload to MTS - little bright starter home for one or two sims!
Tested in game for usability - everything is works normally.
All the equipment is upgraded, also bookcase has books (for skills, recipes, comics and simple books).
Known problemes:
  • Terrain painting can "move" for some tiles, IDK why it happens
  • ???
