This was an old old lot of mine, I was having a little nosey at it and thought it could do with a good spruce up!

Theres is still 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but now comes with a sitting room and dining area downstairs and a lounge upstairs.
Also has a play fort, the ladder is deco only if you want them to play up there might want to go get a ladder.

Also has a little vege garden out the back, and the garage is now made usuable.
