There are some eyeglasses that may be worn by Sims but don't appear in CaS or Bodyshop:
  • round black-framed eyeglasses for teens and male young adults and older,
  • round green tortoise-shell-framed sunglasses for children and older,
  • rectangular black-framed eyeglasses for teens and older,
  • rectangular tortoise-shell-framed eyeglasses for teens and older,
  • rectangular orange black-framed sunglasses for teens and older,
  • rectangular black silver-framed sunglasses for teens and older.
You may have already seen these if you use a mod that makes glasses available for townies.

This mod:
  • makes all these glasses visible in CaS and Bodyshop,
  • fixes the distortion of the rectangular orange sunglasses and both round glasses for teen males,
  • adds missing rims to both rectangular sunglasses for male adults for consistency with other genders and age groups.
After you install or update this mod, delete the Accessory.cache file from your game save files (Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 or Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2™ Ultimate Collection).
If the fixed or modified glasses were already worn before the update of this mod, they won't be affected – you need to change the appearance of Sims wearing them (using a mirror or a hack) manually.
Update (28 Dec 2018): Fixed the distortion of the rectangular orange sunglasses and both round glasses for teen males. Added missing rims to both rectangular sunglasses for male adults for consistency with other genders and age groups.
