Okay, this was the most difficult house I've ever done. But I liked the result.
I am learning to use the NRaas DebugEnabler link , it is not necessary to install it.
Unfortunately much of the objects that have adjusted the height with the debugenabled should not try to move, because they will return to their original site.
A list of things you should not try to get around:
Microwave (it is functional where it is).
Plush on bunk bed (you can use the bed without problem)
Sculpture of bottles in the basement
The roof (otherwise you lose windows and you can not put the roof back (Due to the trick I use to make the ceilings)
The columns inside the pool
Bed cushions

More Details to know:

The lake is a pool, the picnic basket can be placed on the spot using "moveobjectes on", on the platform over the pool
There is a hidden trampoline (fully functional) the sims can go picnic and saltal to the water from the platform.
The flowers that are under the roof at the back of the lot, are visible from the same level, for some it may be a nuisance, but I love it, gives it realism, (should not move)
3rd level ceiling tiles are replaced using the full tile option.

Include File "sims3pack" and "library (package)", you only need to install 1.Instructions on how to install the library / package file on the download.
