Beautiful cottage inspired as usual an image of the web; Is ideal for people who enjoy painting and growing their own coffee, lavender, basil and other plants that brought the university life expansion. The personalized content is not necessary, but you will miss your bathroom shower (your sims will only be able to take bath tubs, that for me is a torture ... they take so long, so put that shower Fully functional)

Now the technical details:

The ivy of the garden, are nothing more than the bad ivy that grows on plants, so I recommend it, do not send your Sims to remove herbs from the plants or to take care of the garden, because they also clean those herbs. And will not have way to collect them, just use the interaction watering and harvesting (garden care not!)

Everything is totally usable .. I hid a stereo in the library and the idea was not to hide it haha but when the house is placed on another lot, the library is full. So you should open the library and just take all the books so the stereo does not hide between books.
