Hello everyone! Its almost christmas and because of this i want to present to a house, where to spend this peaceful time with family or with friends!
It has one floor and only one bedroom so your sims need to think where to put all the guests for night
I tried to theme everything so it should match the christmas mood. It even has sauna for some steamy christmas night

Sadly there is no seasons so far, but even without it.. this house is rocking out your christmas mood!
This house has alot of custom content (cc) but upload manager didnt react to that so yeah.. Im posting all CC here, that you NEED to have this house exactly like on the pics
