Hello everyone!
This shall be my very first creation in modthesims world. I have built long time houses but never quite got the hang of uploading them anywhere. Now im lot smarter and will introduce to you all selfmade house..
BLISSFUL MODERNITY
its main colour is brown what is meant to symbolise trees and nature. Outside is little garden area but there is plentry of room for you to make your own planting area
I tried to make house that resembles to mid century modern house. From there comes its name. Anyway.. There is 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, a bar, little place to work with computer, outside room where you can sip a glass of wine and enjoy sunset and of course in every bedroom there is fireplace so that at winter your sims can lay at bed and enjoy the warmth and enjoy their cup of coffee.
Its quite expensive house but i put my heart into it. I mean it guys
i havent used any cc and problably wont start never since i like to keep my game clean plus this way i can contribute also to these people who are like me and cant afford CC in their computer. I believe in sims 4 there is so much awesome decorations that you dont need CC But those who use CC please be free decorate the house for you wishes :D
This house doesnt have any special requirments for install. Just do like you always do.
but there might be few bugs for example when i use the roof then flowers at the near front door disasppear and when i dont use roof then theyre back. And sometimes the window near the door glithes i think since it looks like hole but when you zoom closer then it doesnt happen anymore. this doesnt affect your gameplay anyway so dont worry
