This house, this lot is made for your sims who want to escape simworld troubles,dramas, nasty bosses and other tiresome events. Come to the Passin moon and just relax. You dont need no TV or computer. Walk, exercise, read, sleep, cook and just enjoy life like it should be.
I made this lot at first to resemble something from the jungle adventure what i DONT HAVE but in the end.. house decided to rule itself by becaming something peaceful.
You can place this lot near sea, in your forest or just to a secluded area where could live only one sim or maybe two?
Lot itself isnt very pricey, i think maybe maximum 30-40 000 simeloneons. Not much to ask for some relaxation :D
and like you see from the pictures then yes, toilet and bathroom is outside from the main building so be prepared to walk from your back door to outhouse what is also made for your pleasure.
its a small lot, built on a 20x15 size area and im very proud of it. Really.
Plus it has some very good traits picked by me.

2. sunny aspect
3. brazing breezes
Soo.. Pack your things and run away to this place!
