When I start a new Sims game, every time I had to rebuild every town I play in. I love it and I decided to share with you my creations.

The Mosquito Cove is pretty good house, but... I need to rebuild it! It is my mission! No, just... I like it.
In the new house there are kitchen, living room, study room with small bed, small toilet, master bedroom and bathroom.
Only requires the basegame of Sims 3 to use. I don't use any custom content!
I know, it's a big renovation. There are lots of difference. :D
