When I start a new Sims game, every time I had to rebuild every town I play in. I love it and I decided to share with you my creations.

FLAVA-FUL - 2br, 1ba
Old lot description: This personality-rich fixer-upper sits on a convenient corner lot and features a fenced-in, paved yard.

Foundations of the house I tried to not destroy and I just remodeled interior. I think I did a pretty good work.
In the new house there are kitchen, living room, boy's room, master bedroom and bathroom.

Only requires the basegame of Sims 3 to use. I don't use any custom content!
