This house is a perfect forever home for an expanding family that is ready to move out of their starter home. It features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a deck, a good sized backyard, and an unfinished basement so you have room to expand. I have furnished this house with items only from the base game. One of the bedrooms is currently set up as an office for two sims, but could easily be converted to a nursery. This house was built on 365 Oak Grove Road in Sunset Valley, but will be a great addition to any world.
