I've always enjoyed building homes for the sims 3, and this is the first home
that I've build using a floor plan from a home plan magazine that I had
lying around the house. Anyway, if you have a sim couple just married (and have a lot of money!),
or if you are just starting out as a new family, and wanted to have a charming home for your sims to brag about.
Then this is THE home for your sims

a gathering room/ a cozy living room.
This house is based off of the floor plan DHM0600111
from June 13, 2006 Dream Home Source magazine. Since I couldn't find the floor plan on the website, I have scanned the image here for you all to see:
