Skylines Rentals (CC Free) Sims 3 to 4 Recreation

For those of you whom have never checked out the Sims 3 builds by Floraflora2 they are gorgeous, detailed and very well made. Made even more impressive by the fact that their build are CC free! Of course as I have moved into the Sims 4 I missed having these builds in my life and so I decided that I would no longer suffer the egregious lack of Floraflora2 builds in sims 4 by recreating one of them for us playing the sims 4! And with their (FloraFlora2) permission I now share it with you!

I Decided to recreate their Skylines Rentals (starter apartment) build!

These builds are then of course inspired by one of the building from Cities Skylines:



One of the hardest parts of this was recreating the grungy-ness of FloraFlora2s build, this is due to the sims 4 lack of much dirty and grimy stuff. So on the outside it appears much cleaner then FloraFlora2s but it still has its grotty interior!



The Build has 3 floors, the main living apartment is on floor 2 with the 3rd floor containing a dummy apartment, that if the Sims 4 apartments had the flexibility of the Sims 3s apartments would be and actual apartment, but alas thats not current possible and so its just a dummy floor!
