After building my first row house I met someone on a sims discord that wanted to share sims, I happily obliged and we each got one of each others sims. Well I got their main sim and her family, I wanted to build them a home based upon the home they had in the other persons game (alas I do not have any pics of it) and so I challenged my self to use the design of the old house in the one I was building for them. and That is how this Build was born. I made sure to use all the same furniture as they did just expanding the design beyond the basic thing they had going. (Their original was a traditional house unlike the Rowhouse I moved the family into))

It was a lot of fun forcing myself to use all the pieces they used, to make a single cohesive design. I even made some custom recolors of the windows and doors to get the exterior to look exactly as I wanted. The building has a dummy apartment if you are wanting two families to live on the same lot. I marked out a floor plan for it already!
